Welcome

You've arrived at the site dedicated to helping you learn more about and be proactive in improving your own health - both now and for the future. Instead of focussing on individual health problems, or changing from one form of symptomatic relief to another, we encourage an holistic approach to healthcare that enables you to make the right health and lifestyle choices for life.

Although both traditional and complementary medicines have come a long way in successfully controlling many diseases, disorders and genetic defects, there remains a wide range of "difficult" or "complex" health problems which we have so far not been able to successfully control. Despite everything, common conditions like back pain, oesteoarthritis, "sciatica", fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, M.E. and chronic musculoskeletal pain still continue to baffle and confuse, despite the number of sufferers.

Through a series of personal experiences and education on the part of the author, it has become increasingly obvious that the shape of our feet and in turn how our feet function plays an important part in the development of many of these otherwise unsolvable health problems.

Because abnormal footshapes are so common, this realisation has now opened up a very plausible underlying cause for many otherwise mysterious and complex health problems.

Root2Being is dedicated to increasing the awareness and knowledge about this particular cause. It does this by providing in-depth factual information on the relationship between footshape, foot function and health, together with information on how to identify and control it. Because abnormal foot function can affect so many different aspects of health, we believe an holistic approach to treatment is vital in order to help the body recover to the best of its' ability.

We're not here to give quick and easy remedies, we want to give you access to the information you need so you can learn how to improve and maintain your own health for today, tomorrow and for life.
