One of the most highly ingrained habits that can significantly impact on the ability of the body to recover is the way in which we move. <BR><BR></FONT></FONT><FONT face=Tahoma size=2><FONT face=Tahoma color=#666666 size=2>Abnormal foot function controls the development of movement as we grow up, so we are often unaware that how we actually move is not the most efficient. With foot function optimised, it is necessary to identify and break the old habits of movement and learn how to move with efficiency and poise. <BR><BR>This is most effectively achieved by learning the Alexander Technique. Once learnt, your long-term health and wellbeing will benefit from improved posture, a greater freedom and ease of movement, stronger core stability muscles and greater self-confidence.</FONT></FONT></P></TD></TR>
